BELLACIZE CLASSES

Bellacize (beautiful exercise) is 'dance for fitness, confidence and fun'. Like our name suggests; It's a combination of the most beautiful, feminine & exotic exercise known; Bellydance, Burlesque & Bollywood. We feature about 20mins Bellydance, 20mins Burlesque & 20mins Bollywood. Apart from being a professional dance performer, I'm a personal trainer so make sure its a great all over workout to dynamic music and ofcourse heaps of fun. There's a lovely atmosphere in class, no diva's or leaders - just a group of females having a ball! We focus on building your confidence and enjoying yourself - you'll never want or need to go to the Gym again!
